The DG-4320/DG-4340 digital gauge counters are compact and lightweight digital counters that connect to our linear gauge sensors and rotary encoders to calculate and display the dimensions and displacement of parts. Designed for use in production environments, they feature a 72mm square front panel for easy panel mounting and support AC power from 100V to 240V.
In addition to displaying instantaneous measured values, it is equipped with a variety of calculation functions, including the display of the maximum, minimum, and RANGE values (maximum - minimum) from the start to the end of measurement, as well as a factor function to weight the measured values. Four calculation condition settings can be saved, allowing you to switch between them depending on the measurement target.
The DG-4340 is equipped with a color comparator function, so the LCD backlight switches from green (OK) to red (NG) depending on the pass/fail judgment value, making it easy to check the pass/fail result.
Diverse calculation functions
In addition to instantaneous measurements, it is possible to calculate the maximum, minimum, and range values (maximum - minimum) from the start to the end of the measurement. It is also equipped with a variety of calculation functions, including multiplication switching, a factor function to weight the measured value, and a pulse count function to count single-phase pulse inputs.
BCD output function
Measurement and calculation data can be output in BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) format. Furthermore, the signal output connector includes signal terminals for external control of the measurement, making it ideal for inline measurement using programmable controllers and other devices.
Comparator output
It features three comparator channels that compare and judge the counted value against a pre-set value. For each channel, you can select from an UPPER comparator, a LOWER comparator, or an OK/NG comparator that operates only between two set values, as needed.
