A photoelectric rotation detector is a sensor that measures rotational speed by attaching a reflective mark to a rotating object, emitting light from the detector, and receiving the reflected light. Because it measures without contact with the rotating object, it does not put any load on the object and requires no processing.
Ono Sokki 's photoelectric rotation detectors, in combination with Digital Tachometer (TM-3100 series), are widely used in factory production lines for measuring the rotation of fans, motors, and other components.
This time, we have redesigned the conventional LG-916 model to improve performance, change the light source, and achieve CE marking compliance. We have increased the maximum detection distance from 20 mm to 40 mm and the response speed from 20 m/s to 40 m/s, and changed the light source from infrared light to visible light.
This simplifies optical axis adjustment and reduces installation time.
