We have discovered a problem with the CF-0747 external control client software for the CF-7200, which you are currently using. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.

Target Products
This refers to the CF-0747 external control client software "Cf72CommandApp.exe" for the CF-7200, specifically versions prior to "Ver.1.0.1.10".
countermeasure
Upgrade to the new version "Ver.1.0.1.11" of the client software "Cf72CommandApp.exe".
phenomenon
When the external control function (CF-0747) program is running on a PC equipped with a multi-core system (Intel® Core™ Duo processor or later), communication errors with the PC may occur intermittently (1 hour to 3-4 days later), causing the communication program to stop.
How to check the software version (the diagram shows the process using Windows® XP)
Right-click on C:\Program Files\Onosokki CF-7200\Cf72CommandApp.exe and select "Properties".
Select the "Version Information" tab, then select the "Product Version" item and check the "Value".
After the software update, this value will be "1.0.1.11".
How to upgrade
Please check the version of the client software "Cf72CommandApp.exe" and update it to "Ver.1.0.1.11" if it is the incorrect version.
Download "cf72ClientJa.EXE" to the PC where your external control function (CF-0747) program is installed, and then perform an overwrite installation.
Please note that no update is required for the CF-7200 unit itself.

On the page that appears, under "CF-7200 Portable 2ch FFT Analyzer," first-time users should click [New Registration], and existing users should click [Special User Page Login] to proceed to the CF-7200 software download page, from which you should download "cf72ClientJa.EXE".
