This flange-type, high-rigidity, high-speed response torque detector was developed for measuring fluctuating torque in engines and drive systems. Its high rigidity in the detector's torsional section allows for more accurate measurement of faster-moving torques than our conventional detectors. Its thin, bearing-less flange design allows for direct mounting to the rotating shaft, saving space.
