If you install Logitech's Qcam webcam software on a computer using the DS-0297A ONO-LINK II <Card> for notebook PCs, communication between the DS-0297A and the computer will be lost.
Countermeasures:
Do not install Logitech's Qcam on computers using the DS-0297A ONO-LINK II <Card> for notebook PCs.
If you installed Logitech's Qcam and are unable to communicate with the DS-2000, simply uninstalling Qcam will not resolve the issue. You will need to revert Windows to the state it was in before Qcam was installed.
Reinstall Windows.
Perform a Windows System Restore.
