In applications such as tracking analysis and frequency response function measurement for evaluating the dynamic characteristics of rotating machinery and engines, there is a growing need for multi-point measurement with two or more channels. Furthermore, since these measurements are primarily conducted on-site, there is a demand for smaller, lighter, and more portable measuring instruments that workers can carry around during field measurements.
The newly developed portable 4-channel FFT analyzer CF-3400 is compact (400(W) x 270(D) x 115(H) mm) and lightweight at approximately 6.5 kg, making it a highly functional general-purpose 4-channel FFT analyzer. Furthermore, it integrates all the necessary functions, such as AC and battery power supply, a built-in sensor amplifier, and a thermal printer, into an attaché case-type enclosure, enabling comfortable and efficient on-site measurement and analysis work, whether on business trips or within the field.
Leveraging the expertise cultivated in FFT analyzers to date, and incorporating new improvements to usability, this device also features a built-in PCMCIA interface, enabling compatibility with a variety of Windows 95-based applications.
