In the field of gauge sensors, which are indispensable for precise displacement measurement, we have developed four high-precision linear gauge sensors that further improve the durability and environmental resistance required by manufacturing sites where they are used frequently, while also reducing their volume by 40-50% through high-density mounting technology for the substrate, and achieving low cost. These will be available for purchase from January 6, 1998.
The "GS-1513/1613" models with a 13mm measuring range and the "GS-1530/1630" models with a 30mm measuring range all meet the JIS standard IP64 protection class, ensuring high environmental resistance, and have achieved over 5 million sliding cycles in durability tests (according to our standards). They deliver stable performance even in harsh environments where dust, oil, and water splashes are present.
By combining it with a wide variety of display units, it is possible to build the optimal system.
