TS-7100 System
The "TS-7100 Torque Station System" integrates the CPU board and torque meter into a compact design by creating a single board for torque and rotation calculation. It enables direct input of signals from the torque detector for digital calculations, achieving high accuracy of ±0.2%/full scale for torque values. Furthermore, it can simultaneously process up to 16 measurement items, including torque, rotation, and current, voltage, power data, and temperature for each phase of a servo motor, improving work efficiency. Basic operation is performed using Windows 95, and the inclusion of simplified settings for each motor type significantly improves usability, allowing anyone to easily perform consistent motor performance tests without the need for a dedicated technician. Data processing and management using commercially available word processing and spreadsheet software is also possible.
