Handy Diesel Engine Tachometer
GE-1400
A handy type Digital Tachometer designed specifically for measuring the rotational speed of 4-cycle diesel engines. By simply attaching the CP-044 detector (sold separately) to one of the fuel injection pipes, you can directly read the engine speed in r/min.
Standard features include both analog output (switchable with monitor output) and pulse output. The analog output is for recording with data recorders, etc. (the monitor output is for confirming sensor waveforms or as input signals for FFT analyzers), while the pulse output can be used as tracking analysis signals for FFT analyzers.
Please note:
GE-1400 may not be able to measure depending on the type of engine. For engines that have not been used before, please confirm with a demo unit.
