Engine Bench Emission Test System

This system is capable of transient mode testing in accordance with emission regulations such as TRIAS, FTP, EURO, and ISO. It is built by adding transient operation functions (learning/predictive operation + execution of each test mode) to the FAMS-R6 Automatic Measurement Control System. In addition to improved learning/predictive operation performance, control performance is further enhanced with delay correction and rotational inertia correction functions, allowing for highly reproducible transient testing. Furthermore, it automatically processes everything from emission analyzers, tunnels, emission particle measuring devices, and smoke meters to outputting test results.
