Electromagnetic Detector
MP-900/MP-9000シリーズ
The MP-900/MP-9000 series is a sensor that is primarily mounted on a rotating shaft and is positioned close to the tips of the detection gears to extract a frequency signal proportional to the rotational speed.
From low-cost, general-purpose types to special specifications such as oil-resistant and heat-resistant types, you can choose according to your application.
* Signal cables (excluding models with direct signal cable output), extension cables, and connectors are sold separately.
| a) Distance between the detection gear. | The narrower the gap, the better it can detect low-speed rotation. It is usually used in the range of 0.5 to 1 mm. |

| b) Tooth profile of the detection gear | I recommend involute gears. |
| size of the detection gear | We use a unit called module (M). This value determines the size of the teeth, and teeth with the same module number can bite together. We recommend a module of 1 or higher and a tooth width of 5 mm or more.

| d) Material of the detection gear | Materials with a strong property of being attracted to magnets, namely ferromagnetic materials, are suitable. If selection is possible, I recommend S45C, SS400, SUS430, and FC400. |
