Test equipment inspection package

To prevent equipment failure, we have packaged together the minimum necessary inspections.

We will carry out the following steps and issue a checklist.

• Implementation of cleaning
• Exterior check
• Check the cooling fan for the device.
• Check for looseness in the connection points.
  
  
• Checking the rotational speed of the dynamometer
• Checking engine speed
• Checking the torque value
• Alarm operation verification

If repairs are necessary, an additional fee will be charged.
We provide service during weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

In addition to preventing equipment failures, we have packaged calibration of measurement parameters into a single package.
We will conduct the following and issue the test results report.

• Implementation of cleaning
• Exterior check
• Check the cooling fan for the device.

• Checking engine speed
• Alarm operation verification
• Implementation of measurement calibration
  *You can select the required items
  1. Temperature, analog input/output, rotational speed, atmospheric pressure – up to 20 items
  2. Pressure (calibration by applying actual pressure) - up to 10 items
  3. Dynamo torque calibration or shaft torque calibration – up to 1 range

It is also possible to add measurement calibration items. The cost for additional items will be quoted separately.
Any repairs or other services required will be charged separately.
The work will be handled over two days, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
