Micro-object vibration and measurement system

The laser spot diameter can be focused to 2.5 µm or less (when LV-0152B is attached).
Using the built-in digital camera and reflected light illumination, measurements can be taken while monitoring the laser beam's illumination.
Standard specifications allow measurement from 0.3 Hz to 3 MHz.
