We can measure the "unit transmission error," which includes the effects of carrier assembly errors and support rigidity. The measured transmission error is analyzed for changes in torque and rotational speed using meshing order ratio analysis. We can also accommodate requests for vibration measurement, noise measurement, torque fluctuation measurement, backlash measurement, and other measurements. Furthermore, we can support automatic lubrication systems for workpieces and automatic workpiece loading/unloading systems required for line inspection.
