In engine testing, when evaluating the effects of changing parts or control methods, it is crucial that external environmental factors such as fuel temperature and pressure remain stable in order to distinguish whether the changes are due to the modifications themselves. Our High-Precision Fuel Flow Measurement System controls the fuel temperature and pressure supplied to the engine, enabling highly accurate fuel flow measurement.

Excellent temperature stability

The temperature fluctuations in the internal circulation channels are controlled to within ±0.2 °C (per minute), ensuring stable fuel flow rate measurement.

Built-in automatic air bleeding mechanism reduces bench-up time.

When replacing the engine under test, air enters the internal circulation path of the device.
High-Precision Fuel Flow Measurement System allows for the addition of an automatic air venting mechanism, which reduces the bench-up time before measurement can begin.
This improves the operational efficiency of bench testing.

We can customize the system to suit your specific needs, including return processing and circulation flow rate based on the heat capacity of the engine being tested.

* While biodiesel fuel can be used, this is not guaranteed to work in all cases.
* Some diesel fuels may cause wax components to precipitate at near zero degrees Celsius, potentially clogging the filter, and therefore cannot be used. Similarly, alcohol fuels that exhibit similar precipitates cannot be used.
