The GS series digital linear gauge sensors include the compact and low-cost basic type GS-1700/1800 series, the seismic type GS-6700/6800 series which has enhanced vibration and shock resistance by 1.5 times compared to the basic type, the "Tough Gauge" GS-4700/4800 series which pursues heavy-duty performance required in manufacturing sites, and the long stroke type GS-5050/5100 series with measurement ranges (strokes) of 50mm and 100mm. All models adopt a bearing type bearing mechanism, significantly improving bearing life.

The "Tough Gauge" GS-4700/4800 was developed to address the deterioration of measurement environments associated with the efficiency of work, such as reducing tact time and simultaneous manufacturing and inspection required in manufacturing sites.

Long Life Type (Vibration and Oil Resistant Structure IP66G)

  • The adoption of ball spline bearings has significantly increased bearing strength. The sliding frequency has become three times that of conventional bearings.

  • The protection structure achieves IP66G.

  • The vibration and shock resistance is twice that of the basic type. It can speed up takt time and adapt flexibly to the working environment.
