The GS series digital linear gauge sensors include the compact and low-cost basic GS-1700/1800 series, the vibration-resistant GS-6700/6800 series with 1.5 times the vibration and shock resistance of the basic type, the "tough gauge" GS-4700/4800 series which pursues the heavy-duty performance required in manufacturing sites, and the long-stroke type GS-5050/5100 series with a long measuring range (stroke) of 50mm and 100mm. All models employ a bearing-type bearing mechanism, which significantly improves bearing life.
The "Tough Gauge" GS-4700/4800 was developed with the aim of addressing the deterioration of the measurement environment that accompanies increased work efficiency in manufacturing sites, such as shortening cycle times and enabling simultaneous manufacturing and inspection.

Long-life type (vibration-resistant and oil-resistant structure IP66G)

  • The adoption of ball spline bearings significantly increased bearing strength, resulting in three times the number of sliding cycles compared to conventional designs.

  • The protection structure achieves IP66G.

  • Its vibration and shock resistance are twice that of the basic model. This allows for faster cycle times and greater flexibility in adapting to on-site work environments.
