With the trend towards lighter automobiles, the gear shafts within the unit rotate with a crossing angle due to the driving load. This tester has a structure that allows for the setting of a crossing angle on individual gears, and by arbitrarily setting misalignment errors and parallelism errors, it can reproduce the same meshing condition as within the unit. In addition to transmission error measurement, the measurement functions also support impact measurement, meshing vibration measurement, and rotational tracking measurement. Furthermore, an automatic attachment and detachment system that can accommodate various workpiece shapes is also available for line inspection.
