Gear Testing System with Axis Intersection Angle Single Gear Tester

With the lightweighting of automobiles, the gear shafts within the unit rotate with an intersection angle due to the driving load.
This tester has a structure where the shaft intersection angle can be applied to individual gears, allowing for the arbitrary setting of misalignment errors and parallel errors to reproduce a meshing state equivalent to that within the unit.
The measurement functions support not only transmission error measurement but also impact measurement, meshing vibration measurement, and rotation tracking measurement.
Additionally, an automatic attachment and detachment system tailored to various workpiece shapes is also available for line inspection.
