The MF-3200 vehicle-mounted flow detection device is a compact, vehicle-compatible flow detection device equipped with a cooling system that utilizes fuel from the tank. It employs a pressure control method using a high-precision pressure reducing valve for fuel return processing. It measures the fuel flow rate of diesel engines in combination with the DF/FM series digital flow meter.

The inlet filter has been enlarged, it now supports DC24V or DC12V battery power supply, and the rubber feet have been reinforced, making it suitable for on-vehicle measurements in construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and other applications.

* This is a fuel consumption meter side device for general diesel engines (self-suction type using an injection pump).
This product cannot be used in engines with special injection systems, such as those in vehicles that have a fuel feed pump located inside the fuel tank.
*Caution may be required when using this product in engines with a high fuel circulation flow rate in the fuel injection system. Please contact us before use.
* If the return fuel temperature from the engine is 80°C or higher, cool the fuel by installing a heat exchanger or similar device.

Air bleeding during flow sensor installation in actual vehicle testing

In actual vehicle testing of diesel engines, the air bleeding process after installing the flow sensor was time-consuming, and it was difficult to determine whether the air had been successfully removed.
By installing our air venting tank along with the flow detector, you can reduce the time spent on air venting and improve testing efficiency.
