LV-0381

The LV-0381 is a microscope unit for Laser Doppler Vibrometer. By combining Laser Doppler Vibrometer with a microscope optical system, it can focus and irradiate laser light to ⌀2.5 µm, enabling the detection of vibrations in minute objects up to 3 MHz (20 MHz with optional equipment).
Coaxial incident illumination and two digital video cameras with different magnifications* enable quick and accurate positioning and still image recording. This allows for non-contact, high-spatial-resolution detection and evaluation of vibrations and behavior of micromachines, MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems), other small mechanical parts, piezoelectrics, small electronic devices, and microstructures.

Features

  • With an objective lens offering a working distance of 5x to 50x, it can emit laser light with a minimum diameter of Φ2.5 µm or less.

  •  The detection target and the irradiating laser beam can be positioned while simultaneously observing them at two magnifications (fields of view) *1. 

  •  Vibration detection is possible from 0.3 Hz to 3 MHz (20 MHz). (When LV-1800 is attached) 

  •  It is possible to extend from one dimension (out-of-plane vibration) to two dimensions (in-plane uniaxial vibration) and three dimensions (X, Y, Z) *2. 

  •  Laser Doppler Vibrometer are compatible: LV-1800, LV-1710 *3 / LV-1720 *3 / LV-1720A *3.
