Directional Microphone
MI-8100

Example of grip installation (grip is optional)

The MI-8100 Directional Microphone is a shotgun-type Directional Microphone that sharply captures targeted sounds, making it ideal for simple sound source detection and noise reduction in applications involving abnormal noise. Its flat frequency response from 50 Hz to 20 kHz and crisp directional characteristics allow for the detection of various sounds originating from specific locations with a high signal-to-noise ratio.

Features

  • Sharp directional characteristics that allow you to capture the intended sound clearly.

  • It achieves a flat frequency response up to 20 kHz and a sensitivity of -30 dB.

  • Achieving inexpensive and simple sound source detection.

  • Ideal for background noise elimination in abnormal sound detection.

  • Can be directly connected to measuring instruments compatible with constant current drive (CCLD) (no external amplifier required).

  • Features

*This product is Directional Microphone intended for listening tests.
Unlike omnidirectional measurement microphones that require acoustic calibration, this microphone is not recommended for measurement and evaluation purposes.
