2-channel Sensor Amplifier
SR-2210A

The SR-2210A is a sensor amplifier for measuring both sound and vibration, compatible with CCLD (constant current drive) microphones and accelerometers.

It can be used as a front-stage amplifier for recording and analysis using oscilloscopes or data loggers, and can also be directly connected to the PLC for device control.

Output gain can be adjusted in 10 dB steps (–10 dB to +60 dB), allowing for optimal output levels as an amplifier for microphones.

Features

  • Supports sensors with a power supply of 4 mA/24 V
    Measurements are possible using sensors such as the low-noise microphone MI-1282M10 and the ultra-compact Accelerometer NP-3211. 

  • Supports frequency weighting characteristics (A/C/FLAT(Z))
    It supports two frequency weightings: A-weighting, which matches the human ear's perception, and C-weighting, which is suitable for measuring loud noises and impact sounds.

  • Simultaneous measurement of 2 channels is possible.
    This single unit can perform measurements that utilize two channels, such as shipping inspections that simultaneously measure sound pressure and vibration, and sound insulation performance measurements at two locations separated by a wall.

  • Supports two types of power systems
    It is compatible with batteries (4 x AA batteries) and an AC adapter (PB-7090 optional).
