*2 When attaching the AA-0220/0240/0250 flat probe to a gauge with 1 μm or 10 μm increments, we recommend adjusting the parallelism with the surface of the measuring stand. In this case, it will be paired with a gauge stand. Accuracy after parallelism adjustment: Approximately 10 μm or less (according to our measurement method). Parallelism adjustment fee: ¥15,000 (excluding tax) (shipping fee is separate).
*3 When roller measuring probes such as AA-827/828 are attached to gauges with a precision of 1/1000 mm (1 μm), the specified accuracy may not be achieved. Although AA-827/828 uses bearings, the gap is not removed, so there is a possibility of an error of about ±10 μm.

Reference
