About repairs

If you think it might be a malfunction, please first carry out the following troubleshooting.

1) Please check the sections of the user manual such as 'Troubleshooting', 'What to do when in trouble', and 'Frequently Asked Questions'.

2) If you have any unresolved questions or issues, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact our customer service department.

If the product does not operate normally after troubleshooting by the customer, and if there are instructions for repair and calibration from the customer service department, please contact the agent from whom you purchased the product or our sales office.

1) Please contact our agents or sales offices to confirm whether repairs or calibration are possible.

2) When requesting repairs or recalibration, please download the "Repair and Recalibration Request Form" below and fill in the necessary information. Since it is in form format, you can enter your information directly on the PDF.

3) Please contact our agent or sales office and send the repair item along with the request form.

Defective parts after replacement
The defective parts removed during repair will be collected as materials for quality improvement.

About Accessories
To prevent damage or loss of accessories owned by the customer, please do not send unnecessary items for the work we will perform. If you are requesting repairs, please send items that you believe are related to the malfunction.

Disclaimer
Please save (or record) various settings and internal storage data information of the requested item externally so that it can be reconstructed.
During repair and calibration, depending on the content, we may perform formatting of the internal disk drive, initialization of the main unit settings, and upgrading to the latest software version.
Also, please be aware that individual settings of the main unit and important measurement data may be lost due to accidents during work or transportation. We will not be liable for any damage or loss of data and settings.
