Remote Monitoring System
June 2026 UPDATE

This product condenses the expertise we have cultivated as a manufacturer of measurement and control systems.
We provide our customers with peace of mind by monitoring the testing site and managing everything from planning to progress.

Remote Monitoring System is a web application that allows you to monitor the status of automotive testing anytime, anywhere.
Since its launch in 2020, it has continuously evolved to meet customer needs.

The latest update includes test management functions, evolving from conventional bench monitoring to enabling remote planning and progress management of exams. Furthermore, by linking test specifications with measurement data, data searchability and reusability have been greatly improved.

Ono Sokki 's ever-evolving "connected" technology seamlessly links test sites and offices, providing customers with reliable "peace of mind."

Features

New features

From "monitoring" to "management": New features to solve challenges in testing environments.

From preparing the bench equipment, setting up the test specimens, configuring test parameters, conducting trial runs, carrying out the actual test, and even compiling and analyzing the data, a single "test" is only considered complete after all of these "tasks" have been finished.

The newly added "Test Planning Function" and "Work Planning Function" clearly and simply link "tests" with the associated "work" and "data," solving the challenges that testing environments have faced until now.

1. Visualizing plans and progress to alleviate on-site concerns.

Solving these problems

"I want to take the exam efficiently, but I don't know how many benches are available."
"I get anxious about whether the exams are progressing as planned, so I keep going back to check on them..."

Key features: Test planning and work planning functions

The test planning function allows you to register basic (outline) information about the test, such as its purpose, content, specifications, and duration.
The work planning function allows you to register "when, where, who, and what needs to be done" to complete the "test," linking it to the "test" as a unit of "task."
The "task" registration screen is in calendar format, allowing you to create and adjust tasks while viewing the availability of each bench, enabling centralized management.
Once the test begins, you can easily check the overall progress of the test at a glance by simply marking the status of each task as "completed" on the test bench as it is finished.

  • Key Feature No. 1
  • Key Features No. 2

You can see the bench availability and the progress of the exam at a glance.
Past test plans can be duplicated, and registration of similar tests is easy.

2. By "connecting" test specifications with FAMS-R6 and measurement data, it eliminates reliance on individual expertise and leads to increased efficiency and asset creation.

Solving these problems

"Once the bench setup is complete, the next step is to input the test parameters into the measurement system... It takes some time before the test specimen can be started."

Key feature: Easy loading of test specifications

Information registered as test plans and work plans can be loaded with our Automatic Measurement Control System FAMS-R6.
If specifications are registered during planning, bench operators do not need to enter each item individually before conducting the test.
Preparation tasks for the exam can be divided between the test planner (client) and the bench operator, preventing input errors and forgetting, and reducing bench downtime.

Solving these problems

"We manage the measurement data using folder names, which makes it difficult to find later..."
"We had the data, but the test conditions at the time weren't finalized, so we ended up having to retest..."

Key features: Test specification management and data management functions

Measurement data acquired at the test bench is automatically uploaded to the server and managed centrally.
At this time, the measurement data is automatically linked and saved to each "specification," so past data becomes a valuable asset through sorting, simple searches, and combined searches using filters for each item.

Basic Features

Applications that utilize web browsers

By utilizing a web browser, you can monitor the status of your bench system from anywhere using various devices such as smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

  • Applications that utilize web browsers

Watching over the examination site

It visualizes the status of multiple test benches in real time, and supports remote testing with an easy-to-understand management screen and a function to output operational history data.
We assist in realizing unmanned autonomous driving and remote monitoring of test equipment at overseas locations.

Monitoring the operating status and measured values of the test equipment.

Trend graphs and simultaneous display of operating status allow users to understand the progress and performance of multiple ongoing test benches, providing support to bench operators. When an anomaly occurs, information such as the type of anomaly (e.g., serious failure, warning) and the nature of the anomaly are displayed.

  • Trend graph: Display any measurement item for each bench.
Trend graph: Display any measurement item for each bench.
  • Operating status: Displays a list of statuses such as running, standby, alarm activated, etc.

Camera image display

The system captures video footage from surveillance cameras installed in the testing room and displays it on a web application.

Email / Buzzer / Signal Tower Activation

This function promptly notifies you via email and activates signal towers and buzzers in the event of an anomaly.
Even during unmanned operation, abnormalities can be detected as quickly as possible.

Dashboard

This screen allows you to freely customize the layout of the parts.
You can freely arrange the following parts, and save layouts for each user ID.

Test equipment operating status, alarm display, trend graph, surveillance camera images, operating history, autonomous operation progress, remote control buttons, arbitrary images, arbitrary text, digital meter, control panel PC screen, building equipment operating status, trend graph for building equipment.

  • Dashboard

Mobile Dashboard

This is a vertical-scrolling dashboard designed for smartphones.
It's now easier than ever to see the operating status, trend graphs, alarm displays, surveillance camera images, and autonomous driving progress.
Additionally, a remote control button (described later) can be used.

  • Mobile Dashboard

PC screen mirroring function

This function captures the current operating screen of the test equipment and displays it on the dashboard.
The captured images are automatically updated at regular intervals, allowing you to check the current state of your familiar driving screen from a distance or share it with multiple people.

  • PC screen mirroring function

Remote control

The remote control buttons on the dashboard also allow you to remotely stop the autonomous driving mode.
We offer even greater peace of mind in the event of an unforeseen situation.

  • Remote control

Building equipment monitoring function

It allows recording and displaying the status and data of various utilities that are not test equipment, such as power consumption and remaining gas in buildings.
By connecting each sensor to the Remote Monitoring System via the IoT gateway, usage status and other information can be checked collectively within this system.
This can be used to improve equipment operations and visualize energy consumption toward realizing a carbon-cycling society.

Assisting business processes

By accurately understanding the situation and centralizing management, we reduce routine work and assist in cutting man-hours. We promote the effective use of data, which can be used as a trigger and indicator for operational improvements.

Centralized management of operational history

You can view the daily operating history and operating hours of multiple benchmarks using bar graphs and numerical data.
You can also select any benchmark and check its usage percentage on a monthly or daily basis.
Furthermore, since work details and comments can be added for each operational result, more detailed information can be shared and managed.
