TQ-1000シリーズ

The TQ-1000 series is a flange-type high-rigidity, high-speed response torque detector developed to measure fluctuating torque in engines and drive systems.

The rigidity of the detector's torsion section is high, allowing for more accurate measurement of faster fluctuating torque compared to our conventional detectors.
It is a thin flange type without bearings, enabling direct attachment to the rotating shaft, thus saving space.

The TQ-1000 series can support high precision (optional).
The TQ-1000 series is used in combination with the TQ-5200* / TQ-5300 computing display * Discontinued

Features

  • Approximately 20 times higher rigidity than conventional products (compared to our company), with improved responsiveness.

Case Studies

Operational Load Testing System

We provide data to faithfully reproduce virtual loads in the engine bench. High-response torque data enables more optimal load control.

  • Operational Load Test System No. 1

We are measuring the mechanical frequency response of the engine bench using the detector TQ-1107.
Random excitation up to 1 kHz was performed with a low-inertia dynamometer, allowing us to measure the torque transmission characteristics shown in the figure below.
By utilizing this torque signal for vibration control, we were able to suppress the resonance that peaked at 63 Hz, which was occurring before control.
