The product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. If it malfunctions under normal usage conditions as per the instructions in the manual, the attached label on the main unit, etc., repairs will be provided free of charge within the warranty period. Even within the warranty period, repairs will be chargeable in the following cases.
(i) Failures or damages due to user errors and improper repairs or modifications.
"Failures or damages due to dropping or other issues during the relocation of the installation site after purchase."
h) Failures or damage caused by fire, earthquakes, wind and water disasters, salt damage, lightning strikes, and other natural disasters, as well as abnormal voltage.
Replenishment of consumables, spare parts, accessories, etc.
We will accept inspections and calibration even for products that have been discontinued, as long as our facilities can accommodate them. *For custom products (made-to-order), please contact us separately.
