We have recently discovered a problem with the CSV file export function in our Sound and Vibration Analysis System, O-Solution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Below, we will report on our response to this issue, the cause of the problem, the fix, and measures to prevent recurrence.

Details of the problem
A bug has been discovered in the rotation tracking analysis schedule diagram where, after converting the X-axis units to arbitrary units, exporting a CSV file from the graph window results in the data being saved with incorrect X-axis values. While the O-Solution screen displays correctly, the X-axis values in the exported CSV file are incorrect.
*There are no problems with the analysis data (DATX file).
- Problem ① The set conversion coefficient is applied twice.
- Occurrence Condition ① When exporting a CSV file from the graph window with the following settings:

*This example uses the conversion from rotational speed [r/min] to vehicle speed [km/h] (conversion coefficient: 0.017).
1. Expand the schedule diagram settings, check the "Arbitrary Unit Setting" option, and set the conversion coefficient.
2. Export the CSV file from the graph window.
In response to this issue, we have also fixed all related bugs that were newly discovered. For details, please refer to the version update history posted on the download page for the corrected version in the attached document.
cause
The data processing for X-axis values during CSV file export was inconsistent, and the timing of applying conversion coefficients differed between graph plotting and CSV export processes, resulting in double application or failure to apply them during export. The newly discovered bug was caused by processing that did not take abnormal operations into account.
