The "Regulatory Compliance Group" belonging to our Quality Assurance Block is responsible for regulations regarding exhaust emissions and fuel economy for automobiles and similar vehicles. Specifically, we verify and interpret the latest regulations from around the world, creating regulatory information related to our products, such as regulatory requirement lists and testing flows, and disseminating them to relevant departments as regulatory baselines.
Our group aims to deepen understanding of regulations through confirming the compliance of order projects related to regulations, holding briefings on the latest regulations, and conducting educational sessions through regulatory study meetings, thereby improving quality and work efficiency.
"Before our group was established in 2021, we conducted regulatory investigations based on customer requests, but after its establishment, we have set up a system to continuously monitor information regarding regulations in various countries and are actively managing regulatory amendments.
This has enabled us to implement regulatory compliance for products in a planned manner, allowing us to make accurate proposals to our customers.
We believe that promoting proposal activities that ensure our products meet relevant regulations and contribute to solving customer challenges is an important role of our group."

The "Quality Control Group" belonging to our quality assurance block works in collaboration with the manufacturing department to enhance the quality of our products, operating daily under the motto "Do not allow, create, or release defective products." We ensure quality at each stage through evaluations in mass production prototypes, acceptance inspections of parts, and verification of inspection data in the manufacturing process. Additionally, we conduct other tasks such as investigating market defects, implementing preventive measures for recurrence, and corrective actions for non-conforming parts, as well as software testing.
Furthermore, our group has been actively advancing its response to JCSS (Japan Calibration Service System) calibration from an early stage. This ensures measurement traceability based on the Measurement Act and guarantees the international consistency of measurement results from measuring instruments. Our company first received accreditation in 2005 as a JCSS calibration provider corresponding to the international MRA in the "Acoustics and Ultrasonics" category from IAJapan (Independent Administrative Institution Product Evaluation Technology Infrastructure Organization). Subsequently, we added categories up to seven, including "Vibration Acceleration" in 2012, "Torque" in 2013, "Flow and Flow Rate" in 2014, "Electricity (DC and Low Frequency)" in 2015, "Speed" in 2019, and "Time, Frequency, and Rotational Speed" in 2022, achieving a high number of accreditations excluding specialized calibration institutions.
