We have discovered a malfunction in our O-Solution Sound and Vibration Analysis System. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. Below, we will report on our response to customers, the cause of this issue, the measures taken, and our plans to prevent recurrence.

Details of the problem
In the graph window, if the number of data points calculated using the analysis functions described below exceeds 10,000, local maximums and minimums may not be drawn correctly.

*1 The time-series data in the scope window is displayed correctly, and there are no problems with the recorded data file (extension: orfx).
*2 Cursor values and list values are displayed correctly, and there are no problems with the exported CSV file or analysis data file (extension: datx).
*3 If you enlarge the graph axis and the number of displayed data points falls below 10,000, it will be displayed correctly.
cause
Generally, decimation is performed to speed up rendering and to address the mismatch between the number of display data points and the number of screen pixels. However, because simple decimation was being used, local maximums and minimums were sometimes omitted from the rendering.

The issue will be fixed by installing the corrected software. The corrected version will be Ver.4.6.13.
By reloading the analysis data (extension: datx) with the corrected software, the graph lines will be displayed correctly. There is no need to re-analyze using time-series data.
