Notice regarding the company-wide implementation of "planned annual paid leave provision"

In our medium-term management plan, we have set "fostering employee engagement through productivity and work style reforms" as a key initiative and are promoting it. As part of this initiative, in order to improve the rate of annual paid leave utilization, we have decided to implement "planned granting of annual paid leave" company-wide on the following dates.
