Basic Policy on the Prevention of Harassment
Basic Policy on the Prevention of Harassment
We aim to foster an environment where employees build mutual trust in a safe and secure workplace and contribute to society through our business.
Harassment in the workplace is an act that harms an individual’s character, dignity, and individuality, and constitutes a violation of human rights. It is incompatible with our aims and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
We have established a basic policy for preventing harassment and will promote the creation of a safe workplace where no one harasses, enables harassment, or is subjected to harassment, while striving to improve employees’ job satisfaction and working conditions.
Workplace harassment includes not only harassment between employees but also harassment involving external parties, such as customers and business partners (customer harassment). Guided by our commitment to protect employees and ensure that they are neither perpetrators nor victims, we will take specific measures to address both.
