The ONO-LINK3 interface for DS-3100 (DS-0396/0397/0398) or the ONO-LINK2 interface for DS-2000 (DS-0296/0296A/0297/0297A) only works with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 (32-bit versions).
