Announcement of the launch of JCSS calibration service for "Accelerometer Simple Sensitivity Calibrator VX-1100A"

Ono Sokki Co., Ltd. (President: Yuji Okoshi), a manufacturer and distributor of electronic measuring instruments, is pleased to announce that, as a JCSS-registered business for vibration acceleration classification, it can now issue JCSS calibration certificates for its VX-1100A (including VX-1100) Accelerometer simple sensitivity calibrator, as detailed below.

Our company provides JCSS calibration services in seven categories: acoustics/ultrasound, vibration acceleration, torque, flow rate/velocity, electricity (DC/low frequency), speed, time/frequency, and rotational speed. We are pleased to announce that our "VX-1100A Accelerometer Simple Sensitivity Calibrator" has been registered and certified by the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation Accreditation Center (IAJapan), and we commenced JCSS calibration services on December 6, 2024.

IATF 16949, a quality management system for the automotive industry, requires that instrument calibration certificates be issued by ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories and bear the ILAC MRA (Note 1) accreditation mark. JCSS calibration certificates comply with IATF 16949 and can be used overseas. Furthermore, in order to meet the requirements for instrument calibration under IATF 16949, we are promoting our JCSS calibration service business. In the future, we plan to expand the calibration range and add more models to be calibrated, contributing to total measurement support.
