We have discovered a defect in the optional software "OS-0525 Sound Quality Evaluation Function" and "OS-0526 Fluctuation Sound Analysis Function" for our Sound and Vibration Analysis System, O-Solution. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers. We would like to report the following regarding our response to customers, the cause of this issue, the measures taken, and measures to prevent recurrence.

Details of the problem
In analysis mode, if sound quality evaluation or fluctuation sound analysis is performed using time-series data with a sampling frequency other than 48kHz, the "A-weighted sound pressure level," "CI (DIN45692)," "CI (Aures)," and "CI (Bismarck)" will be displayed and output with incorrect values.

When the sampling frequency was anything other than 48 kHz, the A-weighting calculation was performed with incorrect parameters.

By re-analyzing the time-series data using the corrected software (sound quality evaluation, fluctuating sound analysis), the correct "A-weighted sound pressure level," "CI (DIN45692)," "CI (Aures)," and "CI (Bismarck)" will be output.
