Positioning of the medium- to long-term strategy

Positioning of the medium- to long-term strategy

In recent years, the environment surrounding everything has been changing at a dizzying pace. This is due to the rapid development of technology, changes in people's lifestyles and awareness, increased awareness of the environment, society, and human rights, and in addition, the automotive industry, our main customer, is undergoing a "once-in-a-century transformation."

Amidst these trends, Ono Sokki positions its corporate philosophy as an unchanging "promise to society," and formulates long-term and medium-term management strategies as measures to fulfill that promise.

Our long-term management strategy for realizing our vision is "creating customer value through a cycle of 'products → services → products'." Based on the functionality of our products (value of products), we aim for sustainable growth by further enhancing their value through services (added value of services), and feeding back the knowledge gained through co-creation with our customers into product development (a cycle of 'products → services → products').

Furthermore, we have formulated a medium-term management plan, "Challenge Stage," which translates our medium-term strategies and key initiatives to be implemented over the next three years into concrete strategies. "Challenge Stage" is divided into five stages, from Stage I to Stage V, with the goal of achieving our vision by 2030. By formulating basic policies in line with the positioning of each stage, we are creating a system that allows us to quickly implement strategies that are in line with the changing environment while steadily approaching our long-term vision.

These management strategies and plans are based on the founding spirit, the values that our employees have cultivated, and the shared aspirations (SPIRIT) that we all possess. We intend to uphold these as "unchanging principles" even in a changing era.
