GN-0210 Stress Tracking Analysis: Measurement Screen and Calculation CH Window (New Optional Feature)
The GN-1100 noise testing software now includes new features, enabling a wider range of analysis and judgment. This single system allows for a more accurate understanding of phenomena, supporting improved analysis accuracy for our customers and contributing to quality control and operational efficiency.
The new optional stress tracking analysis function (GN-0210) measures strain gauge signals and allows for real-time analysis of the behavior of repeated stresses and loads applied to the workpiece while it is in operation. This enables verification of strength and safety.
Furthermore, existing functions have also been upgraded. The display and output functions for 3D graph data have been enhanced. It also supports reducing the time and effort required for report creation by integrating with general-purpose spreadsheet software and our proprietary graph creation tools.
New options and version upgrades
GN-0210 Stress Tracking Analysis Function (New Option)
- A new optional feature has been added that allows for real-time analysis of the behavior of repeated stresses applied to a workpiece while it is in operation by measuring strain gauge signals.
- It features a function that allows you to combine measured data with arithmetic operations to set arbitrary calculation channels and perform analysis. It can convert strain gauge signals into various physical quantities and perform tracking analysis. A wide variety of analysis data types are available, such as maximum value, minimum value, local maximum value, local minimum value, amplitude, and average value.
- Simultaneous analysis of sound and vibration is possible, allowing for a more accurate understanding of phenomena occurring in a workpiece using a single system.
