Selection criteria

Please come with the intention of "choosing a company."

In our interviews, we place great importance on your motivation to join our company and whether you agree with our philosophy. We would love to hear about what you would like to take on at our company, and the experience and knowledge that supports those ideas.

However, hiring is essentially a "matchmaking" process between the individual and the company.
It's not just the company that evaluates; of course, we want students to carefully evaluate and judge our company as well.
To that end, our company information sessions will include time for informal discussions with current employees. Although these sessions will be conducted online, if seeing the company atmosphere and observing our current employees makes you feel like "I want to work hard at Ono Sokki!", then please come for an interview.
Let's work hard together!
