The TQ-5300 torque calculation display is compatible with our TQ-1000 series and TQ-2000 series flange high-rigidity torque detectors. It calculates the signal output frequency corresponding to the torque amount detected by the torque detector for each cycle and outputs it as an analog signal with high-speed response.

In addition to the RS-232C digital interface found in the previous TQ-5200 model, the new TQ-5200 incorporates EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, and CAN, enabling faster digital communication. This digital interface allows for the direct output of the torque sensor's inherently high-precision torque measurement values. Furthermore, while previously only torque could be output in analog format, analog output of rotational speed is now also possible. With optional accessories, two-channel torque output is possible, allowing for applications such as separating control and recording outputs.
