JCSS Flow Meter Calibration Service was registered with the National Institute of Technology and Evaluation (IAJapan) Accreditation Center in 2014 as a JCSS (Japan Calibration Service System) calibration provider in the "flow rate/flow velocity" category, and began offering calibration services using diesel fuel for flow rates from 20 L/h to 300 L/h.
Through joint research with the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), we have expanded the lower limit of the calibration range for our flow calibration equipment, which ensures quantitative traceability from national standards, from 20 L/h to 0.02 L/h, and added industrial gasoline as a fluid type. Having been registered after review by IAJapan, JCSS calibration of flow meters close to the fuel used is now possible, which can contribute to the development of fuel-efficient and high-performance technologies for internal combustion engines in recent years.
With this expansion of the flow rate calibration range, we will become a JCSS-registered and accredited business with top-class calibration capabilities in Japan for small flow rate petroleum JCSS calibration.
