Details of the problem
It has come to light that the noise suppression capacitor inserted into the primary power supply circuit of the AC power module in the affected product was improperly mounted. While we do not believe this poses an immediate risk of accidents, the insulation distance may be insufficient, resulting in the capacitor not meeting the specified AC 1500 V 1-minute voltage tolerance.

We will take back the affected product and replace the power module.
Repair period: We will replace and ship the item within 5 business days of receiving it from our repair department.
