Causes and symptoms of the malfunction
There is an error in the low-frequency loudness value correction of ISO 532B loudness (100-200 Hz band), which may result in incorrect ISO 532B loudness calculation results.
Loudness, sharpness, roughness, variability intensity, and tonality (optional) for transient response are all fine.

Please install the updated software. Our sales representative will visit you in person to explain and provide you with the updated software.
Please update the software on your product to Ver. 4.34 for the WS-5150 and Ver. 3.34 for the WS-5160, following the instructions in the "WS-5150/5160 Installation Instructions (PDF file)". This will fix the bug.
