The MP-9820 is a non-contact Magneto-Electric Rotation Detector that integrates a magnetoresistive element, permanent magnet, DC amplifier, and voltage regulator into a compact body. When combined with a detection gear, it outputs a stable square wave signal from ultra-low speeds to high speeds (1 Hz to 100 kHz*). The MP-9820 can be used in a wide range of applications and with rotating objects, along with the TM-3100 series rotation speed indicator and FV-1400/5300 FV converters.
* 100 kHz corresponds to a frequency of 100,000 r/min, assuming a 60 P/R sensing gear is used.
