This non-contact, handheld engine tachometer integrates the detection, measurement, and display units and features a built-in battery. Simply bring the top of the unit (detection unit) close to the ignition coil to measure engine speed in units of 1 r/min or 0.01 r/s. Furthermore, measurements can be taken from a distance using the included external sensor IP-2800. Up to 20 data points can be stored in the unit's memory, making later review convenient.
It comes standard with both analog output (switchable with monitor output) and pulse output.
