The DG-4140 gauge counter features a comparator function that switches the LCD backlight color in conjunction with a set value, allowing operators to quickly confirm whether a gauge is good or bad. It also includes a pass/fail output, which can be used as a warning signal. Furthermore, the DG-4140 incorporates peak hold and multiplier setting functions into a compact DIN-size body, improving ease of use. Moreover, it achieves a low price of ¥39,000. This brings the combined price with our GS-1513A gauge sensor (measurement range 13 mm, resolution 10 μm) to ¥62,000, approximately half the previous price. Depending on the application and operating environment, it can be combined with 20 models of our linear gauge sensors to create an optimal system.
