Reasons for joining the company

My hometown, Aichi Prefecture, is known for its thriving manufacturing industry and is called the "Kingdom of Manufacturing" and the "Center of the Manufacturing Industry."
Therefore, I was interested in manufacturers that create everyday items and enrich people's lives.
In this context, I was drawn to our company because it handles "measuring instruments," which are fundamental to manufacturing and indispensable in the process.

student days

At university, I mainly studied Chinese, and I became friends with Chinese exchange students and we would hang out together.
(Since the international student was fluent in Japanese, we basically conversed in Japanese, lol.)
After university, my life consisted of working part-time at a cafe, joining a tennis club, or hanging out with friends.
Looking back now, I realize I was blessed with wonderful friends and lived a busy but enjoyable and fulfilling life.

Current job duties

My responsibilities are broadly divided into health and insurance-related tasks, administrative tasks, and other related duties.

  • Health and insurance duties include arranging health checkups, processing applications for maternity and childcare leave, and applying for subsidies from health insurance associations.

  • Management duties include managing company vehicles, creating and managing employee ID cards, etc.

  • Other tasks include creating employment certificates and overtime data, handling congratulatory and condolence matters, and entering invoices.

The wide range of responsibilities can be challenging at times, but I also feel that I have a lot to learn and am able to acquire a variety of knowledge.

Company pride

  • Easy to take time off / Flexible working hours system available ⇒ Flexible working hours system and abundant leave system,
I feel that I can make both my work and personal life more fulfilling.

  • Many kind people ⇒ During the new employee training period, I had the opportunity to meet people from various departments, and many of them were kind and friendly, making it a very comfortable environment for training.
I feel that it's a great place to work because there's an environment where it's easy to talk to people and ask questions, regardless of seniority.

To all students

There are many things you can only understand by experiencing them.
Try out different things, gain lots of experience, and if you're ever unsure, just take action!
I hope your student life and job hunting will be fruitful.
