Employee Introduction

There are two main reasons why I joined the company.

Firstly, I was interested in working with sound and vibration.
Through my hobby of music production and my research at university, I learned that sound has many different facets.
I aspired to work at Ono Sokki because I wanted to use the knowledge I had gained to benefit society, while also deepening my own understanding of sound.

Secondly, I was attracted to the company culture that encourages employees to forge their own paths.
I like to think for myself and take action, so I felt that Ono Sokki 's corporate culture was a good fit for me.

I've been making music as a hobby since I was in technical college.
During my studies in music production, I became interested in sound and signal processing as physical phenomena. After transferring from a technical college to a university and being assigned to a research lab,
I was researching a new type of sound-insulating material called acoustic metamaterial.
When analyzing and numerically examining performance, I learned the importance of considering why the observed phenomena occur.

Currently, I am involved in the development of acoustic vibration analysis software.
The role of acoustic vibration analysis software is to convert and display sound and vibration measured by sensors in a way that suits the purpose, thereby assisting in problem solving.
Therefore, in addition to the ability to perform highly accurate measurement and analysis, factors such as operating speed and the ease of viewing menus are also required.

The workplace atmosphere I perceive can be broadly divided into two categories.

The first point is that it's a workplace where even young employees can be entrusted with work if they have the ability.
If I may say so myself, I was originally good at programming.
Therefore, I was fortunate enough to be entrusted with some of the features of a new product in my first year at the company.
As such, Ono Sokki offers opportunities for young employees to excel, allowing them to gain diverse experience soon after joining the company.

The second reason is that it's a workplace where it's easy to ask questions when you don't understand something.
Looking at what I've described above, it might seem like a harsh environment, but if you have any questions, your seniors will kindly teach you.
You won't just be assigned tasks and left to fend for yourself; you'll receive ample support while you work.

Think about what moves you and what you want to cherish.
