What I particularly emphasized was whether I could be involved in the entire product, rather than just being responsible for a part of it.
I didn't want to be skilled in just one area; I wanted to have a broad understanding of the whole picture and approach products with a wide range of knowledge.
After attending information sessions and internships at various companies, I felt that Ono Sokki was the company that best matched my vision of what a job should be.

In the research lab, we were designing and demonstrating the concept of new measuring instruments using microcontrollers as control devices, and conducting simulations using Simulink.

in particular,

• I verified the circuit I designed using a simple circuit simulation.

• I designed the circuit and manufactured the actual device, including the circuit board.

• The control program is created in parallel with the circuit design and then written to the actual device.

• The completed device is measured to confirm its performance.

• We model the equipment and perform more advanced simulations.

That's basically it. I found the design and fabrication of the circuit board patterns particularly interesting.

In my personal life, I enjoyed hobbies such as motorcycling and camping.

Touring, BBQs, and camping with friends are all wonderful memories, especially our Hokkaido-wide tour!

My team primarily designs and adjusts devices for measuring automobiles and their parts.
In addition to that, important tasks include defining specifications with clients and coordinating with internal and external parties as a project leader.
We also deliver the equipment directly to our customers.
Since our clients are located all over the country, I travel for work quite often, but the delicious food and drinks I enjoy while on business trips are the best!

You can work with car manufacturers all over the country!

Being able to visit manufacturers all over the country and work with them is one of the great advantages of not being employed by a manufacturer or supplier.
