Article 2 (User Registration)
1. Users of our agency website are limited to agencies that have entered into agency agreements with us.
However, locations (branch offices, sales offices, and liaison offices) that are not covered by the agency agreement are excluded from use.
2. We will contact the contracting agent's contact person at our company with the user ID and password set for each company.
The service will become available once our contact person at each agency has notified users at the locations where they have signed agency agreements of their ID and password.

Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
1. User IDs and passwords are set for each agency and will be managed by our contact person.
2. Passwords must be changed once a year.
3. Users must not disclose their user ID and password to anyone outside the company under any circumstances.
If you leave our agency, you are prohibited from accessing our agency website.

Article 4 (Prohibited matters)
Users must not engage in the following actions when using this service:
(1) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
(2) Acts related to criminal activity
(3) Any act that disrupts or interferes with the functionality of our servers or network.
(4) Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services
(5) Providing information about our services to other companies
(6) Impersonating other users
(7) Any act that directly or indirectly provides benefits to antisocial forces in connection with our services.
(8) Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate

Article 5 (Suspension of the Provision of the Service, etc.)
1. We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of this service without prior notice to the user if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist:
(1) When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates on the computer system related to this service
(2) If it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as an earthquake, lightning strike, fire, power outage or other natural disaster.
(3) If the computer or communication lines etc. stop due to an accident
(4) In any other case in which the Company determines that it is difficult to provide the Service.
2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantages or damages suffered by users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of this service, regardless of the reason.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Use and Deregistration)
1. In the following cases, we may, without prior notice, restrict a user's use of all or part of this service, or cancel their registration as a user:
(1) When the agency agreement with our company is terminated
(2) If you violate any provision of these Terms
(3) If it is discovered that there are false facts in the registration information
(4) In any other case in which the Company determines that the use of this service is inappropriate.
2. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of any actions taken by us pursuant to this Article.

Article 7 (Changes to Service Content, etc.)
Our company may change the content of this service or discontinue providing this service without notifying users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Use)
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice to users if we deem it necessary.

Article 9 (Notice or Contact)
Notifications or communications between the user and our company shall be conducted in accordance with the methods specified by our company.
